Grade I–IV haemorrhoids treated with medicine, banding or surgery.
Piles (haemorrhoids) are swollen blood vessels in and around the anus and lower rectum. They are very common and, in most patients, respond well to medicine, diet and minimally invasive treatment when caught early.
Treatment depends on the grade. Early piles are managed with medicines, fibre and lifestyle advice. Moderate cases may be treated with banding or Ayurvedic para-surgical methods.
Advanced piles are treated with Kshar Sutra and modern surgical techniques with a focus on low recurrence. Most patients are treated as daycare cases and go home the same day.
