Our approach

How we treat Fistula at Manglam

Dr. Kaushik treats fistula with Kshar Sutra — a medicated thread that is placed along the tract. It gradually cuts, drains and heals the fistula while protecting the anal sphincter, which keeps recurrence low.

The procedure is done as a daycare case with scheduled follow-up and dressing at the OPD.
